industrial manufacturing companies. Her consulting focus has been in process design and automation, smart manufacturing, Industrial Internet, and digitization using relevant technologies with an emphasis on growth and process improvement strategy to drive productivity and boost. Ms. Kumar has a proven track record in leading and delivering automation, technology and process
improvement in the areas of digital and integrated operations projects for oil & gas companies, chemicals, discrete manufacturing and power, and mining companies.

Mr. Van Leeuwen has consulted in over 30 countries and has extensive experience in operational improvement having led consulting engagements in revenue enhancement, supply chain management, manufacturing & maintenance excellence, sourcing, materials management and performance improvement.

George is author of two books, “Profit From Science” (2015 Palgrave Macmillan) and “The Executives How-to-Guide to Automation” (2019 Palgrave Macmillan) Each book shows how to make these broad disciplines and use them to work in practical ways on real-world problems.

George has 30 years experience in corporate strategy, specifically operational and financial analysis, across a wide variety of industries ranging from manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, transportation, and financial services.

Rodrigo Herrera

Rodrigo Herrera has built a career around helping organizations and individuals achieve more than even they believe is possible. His record of enabling greater success is founded on identifying opportunities for growth and removing barriers to performance, as well as building capability around natural strengths at energy, construction, utilities, software, insurance, and telecommunications companies as well as government and non-profit organizations. He is highly effective at developing cross-organizational collaboration and relationships in national and international settings with a proven record of generating tangible results.
Rodrigo’s strategy consulting experience began at McKinsey and Co., later he was part of the founding class at the Houston office of Katzenbach Partners, and a Principal and core team member at A.T. Kearney.
Ryan Rogers

Ryan Rogers has provided operations and strategy consulting to the energy and utilities industries for nearly 20 years, working in both the Big-4 and boutique firms. Mr. Rogers began his consulting career at Andersen Consulting focused on Energy Trading and Risk Management organizational, process and system challenges in the crude, refined products, NGLs, electricity, and natural gas sectors.

More recently, Mr. Rogers has provided guidance on global restructuring efforts to consolidate and expand operations, prepared the risk management organization of a vertically integrated oil company, managed the implementation of change for
companies across the energy supply chain, implemented enterprise risk management programs, as well as developed risk policies, performed front to back-office operational assessments and redesigned business processes.
